Dubai real estate market recorded 505 sales transactions worth $425m (AED1.56bn), in addition to 98 mortgage deals of $78.4m (AED288.26m), and 19 gift deals amounting to $90m (AED330m) on Monday, data released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD) showed.
The sales included 460 villas and apartments worth $344m (AED1.26bn), and 45 land plots worth $81.3m (AED298.77m).
The mortgages included 77 villas and apartments worth $55m (AED202.3m) and 21 land plots valued at $23.4m (AED85.97m), bringing the total realty transactions on Monday to more than $593m (AED2.17bn).
