Dubai-based AMWAJ Development announced the launch of its new residential project Starlight Park, with its ground-breaking ceremony on Thursday.
The project, coming up in Meydan’s District 11, offers 172 apartments including 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units, with prices starting at AED 988,000.
The handover of the units is anticipated for Q2, 2026.
“The ground-breaking ceremony, held just days after the launch, demonstrates our commitment to deliver the project on time,” said Emad Saleh, Chairman and Founder of AMWAJ Development.
“Our vision is to innovate and lead in introducing better, smarter and more efficient ways of delivering projects, and Starlight Park will serve as an example of this,” he said.
Starlight Park is part of the over 1.5 million square feet in new residential projects in 2024 by AMWAJ Development.
The company plans over 2 million square feet in construction by 2025.
Residents of Starlight Park will enjoy dedicated amenities in each building which include EV charging stations, rooftop pool and rooftop cinema, yoga and boxing studios and paddle tennis, the company said.
