The 190 apartments sold on the first day of launch at Century Tower in Dubai’s Business Bay highlight investor confidence in the reliability of Al Shafar National Contracting.

The 23-floor residential building marks Al Shafar’s foray into off-plan property developments for sale.

Firas Al Msaddi, CEO of master agency fäm Properties, credits the construction company’s trusted reputation for instilling significant confidence among buyers.

“Many who purchased units in Century Tower have already asked about their future projects. This shows how a reputation for quality construction and timely delivery, added to high income-generating assets, can alleviate common concerns about off-plan projects, and reinforce buyer confidence,” Al Msaddi said.

The rapid sell-out demonstrates Dubai’s property market shift towards reliable and durable buildings.

“The climate leads to faster wear and tear on buildings, making durability a top priority for residents,” he said adding that the “recent flooding further highlighted this need, prompting buyers to seek out developments built to withstand these demanding conditions, and offer long-term value.”

Century Tower was designed to meet the demand for crafted residences in Business Bay’s Golden Triangle location. fäm Properties looks forward to the next Al Shafar project launch in October.

“The rapid Century Tower sell-out showcases the strength of Dubai’s real estate market, and the importance of trusted developers and thorough planning. As demand surges, projects like this ensure a vibrant and attractive market for end-users and investors,” he added.
