Dutco and Ellington Properties have jointly announced the launch of Art Bay, a new residential development located in Dubai’s cultural district of Al Jaddaf. The unveiling took place on February 1, 2024.
This latest project, known as Art Bay, is the second launch under the Dutco Ellington brand, following the success of the One River Point development in Business Bay.
