LEOS Developments has announced the launch of Weybridge Gardens 3, The Alps Edition, a new luxury residential project in Dubailand.
The development marks the company’s third project in its Weybridge Collection.
The project will feature 208 units, including studios, one-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. Sizes range from 464 sq.ft for studios to 1,570 sq.ft for three-bedroom units. As a distinctive feature, one- and three-bedroom apartments will include private plunge pools.
Weybridge Gardens 3 boasts a range of amenities including a rooftop swimming pool, outdoor cinema, and gymnasium. The development is strategically located off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road in Dubailand, with completion scheduled for Q3 2026.

The project aims to capitalise on the upcoming Dubai Metro blue line, set for completion in 2029, which will provide direct access to the development.
