Meydan, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded Ginco General Contracting LLC a contract worth over AED1 billion for Phase Two of District One West in Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City.
The project, set for completion in Q1 2028, will include construction of four-, five- and six-bedroom villas alongside infrastructure works.
Ginco General Contracting brings 35 years of regional experience to the development.

The development comprises 229 villas in a gated community on Crystal Lagoon’s waterfront.
Facilities include a clubhouse, outdoor fitness centre, sports court, cycling and pedestrian trails, children’s play areas, picnic areas and a boardwalk.

Located four kilometres from Downtown Dubai, the development sits near Meydan Racecourse and 20 minutes from Dubai International Airport.
The project features 60 percent green space, with eight kilometres of cycling and running tracks and 14 kilometres of shoreline.
Residents will have access to Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, known for its winter flamingo populations, and Dubai Design District (d3), which houses fashion houses, cafes, and The Block waterfront area.
