New Dubai real estate developer P.O.B1 Properties has announced its debut project, the AED206m ($56m) Serenova in Silicon Oasis.
The newly established real estate development division of Saif Al Ghurair Real Estate Group (SAGRE) introduces Serenova as it looks to address the growing demand for urban convenience in Dubai’s key growth nodes, while creating sustainability and long-term value in real estate investment.

Set for completion in Q2 2027, Serenova, the $56m (AED206m) first residential project for sale, spans across a 7,850sq m plot, offering flexible living spaces that blend modern comfort with serene living to meet the evolving needs and preferences of families and young professionals.
