New Dubai real estate developer P.O.B1 Properties has announced its debut project, the AED206m ($56m) Serenova in Silicon Oasis.
The newly established real estate development division of Saif Al Ghurair Real Estate Group (SAGRE) introduces Serenova as it looks to address the growing demand for urban convenience in Dubai’s key growth nodes, while creating sustainability and long-term value in real estate investment.
