ONE Development, a UAE-based property developer, has announced the complete sale of the first phase of Laguna Residence within 30 days of its launch, signalling strong investor confidence in the region’s property market.
Located in Dubai’s City of Arabia, Laguna Residence stands as the UAE’s first AI-integrated residential community.
The development features the region’s first sandy beach lagoon, situated on a podium surrounded by landscapes and offering units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, duplexes, and ‘Skyhomes’.
