REEF Luxury Developments has unveiled REEF 999 in Al Furjan, Dubai, following the launch of REEF 1000.
The residential development will incorporate the company’s patented climate-controlled sunken balcony and winter gardens.
The project comprises 142 units, including 108 one-bedroom apartments (792 sq.ft), 20 two-bedroom apartments (1,338.3 sq.ft), 4 three-bedroom apartments (2,022.2 sq.ft), and 10 villas (3,424 sq.ft) with private winter gardens.

The handover is scheduled for Q1 2027.
