Samana Developers, a leading real estate company in Dubai, has announced the launch of the ‘Samana Ivy Gardens 2’ project located in Dubailand. The residential development is the second project of its kind in the same area.

Valued at AED855 million, the 35-floor towers will feature climate-resilient design and facilities. There will be significant greenery to moderate temperatures.

The buildings will be heat-resistant and include private swimming pools in every apartment. Air quality will be improved through purification systems. Energy and carbon efficiencies will also be incorporated through recycling of wastewater for irrigation.

“We are witnessing a growing trend of environmental and economic sustainability. We focus on the design and construction that takes this approach. We make sure that these two aspects are maintained in design and construction with an individual focus on each element of nature to maintain a healthy environment. With this approach, our designs, quality and affordable luxury attracted several awards in the UAE and beyond,” Imran Farooq, Chief Executive Officer of Samana Developers said.

The 843-unit project will span 1.5 million square feet and comply with Dubai Municipality’s regulations for green buildings.

This governs the efficient use of resources like energy and water throughout the lifetime of the development.

One floor will be dedicated as a ‘Sky Garden’ centrally located with a spa, kids play area, yoga space and amenities like a gym and dining. Retail units are planned on the ground floor.

Apartment prices start from AED659,000 with financing options and a flexible 8.5 year payment plan post-handover to ease purchasing.

The project is scheduled for completion in November 2027.
