The Dubai real estate sector recorded more than AED19.71bn ($5.36bn) of transactions last week, according to data from the Land Department.
It is an increase of around $550m on the AED17.5bn ($4.8bn) recorded the week before.
Sales dominated the figures, with AED14.71bn ($4bn), according to Land Department data.
Dubai real estate this week
In total there were 4,590 sales transactions recorded between June 10 and June 14.
Among the top listed sales transactions listed on the Land Department website were:
- An apartment in Bulgari Lighthouse, Island 2 sold for AED148m ($40m)
- An apartment sold in Six Senses Residences The Palm, Palm Jumeirah for AED122m ($33.2m)
- An apartment in Casa Canal, Dubai Water Canal sold for AED56m ($15.3m)
The Land Department also showed mortgage deals worth AED3.37bn ($918m) last week.
Gift transactions in the same period were valued at AED1.63bn ($444m).
