A new AED5 billion waterfront residential community in Jumeirah Islands is set to introduce what developers are calling a “game-changing” residential clubhouse.
The Serenia Signature Clubhouse, part of Palma Development’s Serenia District project, will span 100,000 square feet across four levels.

The facility, designed by Japanese architectural firm Nikken Sekkei, will feature a rooftop café, infinity pool, spa, gym, indoor paddle court, half basketball court, games room, and various food, beverage and retail concepts.
Notable design elements include a perforated aluminium canopy at the entrance and a spiral atrium featuring a central tree.
The clubhouse forms part of the amenities package organised around six lifestyle zones and will be integrated into West Residence, a 46-floor tower within the development.
The Serenia District aims to establish a new standard for luxury residential communities in Dubai when completed, with the clubhouse positioned as the community’s central gathering point.
