Taraf, the real estate division of UAE’s Yas Holding has launched a new residential development in Dubai. Terrazzo Residences located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) will feature one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments.
Tenants of Terrazzo Residences will have access to numerous amenities and features such as an infinity pool, expansive terraces, a cinema, gym, dedicated yoga space and more.
The majority of the property (60 percent) is dedicated to open and green spaces aiming to offer a serene living experience.
