Dubai South Properties has announced the completion of the first phase of The Pulse Beachfront, a luxury master-planned community located in Dubai South’s Residential District.
The initial phase comprises 251 units, including three- and four-bedroom villas as well as five-bedroom waterfront villas, with handovers set to begin soon.
The project, which features a total of 788 residential units, offers a variety of three-, four-, and five-bedroom villas and townhouses, ranging from 2,600 to 4,800 square feet.
All units include master bedrooms, a maid’s room, equipped closed kitchens, private gardens, covered parking spaces, spacious living areas, study rooms, and rooftops. Key features of the development include a large water lagoon, an artificial beachfront, and a half-Olympic size swimming pool.
Residents will have access to a wide range of premium amenities including a state-of-the-art fitness club, gym, squash and tennis courts, climbing walls, a yoga garden, aerobics studios, and a private lounge.
Families will also have access to dedicated facilities such as a kid’s club, water park, children’s pool, skate parks, and jogging tracks. Additionally, the development features several F&B outlets, a grand supermarket, and green spaces with open areas for tennis, beach tennis, and padel tennis.

The remaining phases of The Pulse Beachfront are on track for completion by Q1 2025, in line with the project’s construction timeline.
Dubai South’s Residential District is already home to over 25,000 residents, offering a distinctive lifestyle and a range of amenities. These include public parks, sports courts, retail shops, a hypermarket, a mosque, a petrol station, and a public bus route connecting the area to the Expo Metro station.
The district will also have the GEMS Founders School at Dubai South in August.
