Dubai’s Nakheel announces brand new luxury Palm Jebel Ali villas for sale

This announcement follows the recent release of a futuristic masterplan by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai earlier this year

Dubai-based real estate developer Nakheel has announced its first villas available for purchase on Palm Jebel Ali island.

This announcement follows the recent release of a futuristic masterplan by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai earlier this year, the developer said in a statement on Monday.

The development focuses on four fronds, featuring coral villas and beach villas, each available in eight distinct styles.

Nakheel’s vision draws inspiration from the natural beauty of the surroundings, with designs that reflect the serene blue waters and pristine beaches of Palm Jebel Ali, the statement said.

“As pioneers of waterfront living, Nakheel is synonymous with Dubai’s incredible journey of growth and urban infrastructure development. We are delighted to bring Palm Jebel Ali to market at this exciting time, with the island playing a transformative role in shaping the city’s future, raising the global benchmark on waterfront living and underlining its position as a world-class lifestyle destination,” Rasha Hasan, Chief Commercial Officer of Nakheel said.

Leading international and regional architectural firms have contributed to creating villas that highlight the connection between indoor and outdoor living.

Floor-to-ceiling windows offer panoramic views of private beaches, while a soft and neutral palette, along with luxury finishes, creates a tranquil atmosphere in the exclusive private frond neighborhoods.

The development prioritises health and well-being with walkable streets, designed for pedestrians and cyclists to access the beach through pocketed parks.

The frond streetscape focuses on greenery and comfort, providing landscaped streets with ample shading from trees.

Palm Jebel Ali: Dubai’s new growth corridor

Palm Jebel Ali, spanning 13.4 square kilometers, boasts the longest coastline in Dubai and is strategically located within the city’s future growth center.

The project aligns with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan and Dubai Economic Agenda D33, marking the beginning of a new growth corridor in the Jebel Ali area.

Upon completion, Palm Jebel Ali will feature seven islands and 16 fronds, adding a total of 91 kilometers of beachfront, along with over 80 hotels, resorts, and unique retail and dining experiences.

This development is set to enhance waterfront living, green spaces, and mobility, incorporating smart city technology to streamline transportation management, supporting Dubai’s vision for sustainable development and economic growth.
