Ghanem, a digital real estate platform focused on fractional ownership, has raised US$7.1 million in funding from Al-Romaih Group, one of Saudi Arabia’s leading investment firms with a strong track record in real estate and finance.

The investment marks a major step in Ghanem’s growth strategy to make real estate investment more accessible through digital innovation. The platform enables individuals and institutions to buy fractional ownership in properties, offering greater flexibility, transparency and lower entry costs for a wider pool of investors.

Operating under the oversight of the Regulatory Sandbox of the Real Estate General Authority (REGA), Ghanem adheres to strict governance and regulatory standards. This regulatory backing enhances investor confidence and supports the company’s commitment to building a trusted, technology-driven investment environment.

Saleh Al-Ghamdi, CEO and Co-Founder of Ghanem, said: “We are proud of our partnership with Al-Romaih Group, which shares our vision of developing the real estate investment sector and enabling more individuals to benefit from fractional ownership opportunities. This investment will help us expand our product offerings, advance our technology, and strengthen our market presence, contributing to the realisation of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and broadening the base of real estate investment in the Kingdom.”

Ghanem plans to use the new funding to accelerate its expansion, develop new investment products and enhance its technological infrastructure. The partnership with Al-Romaih Group is expected to support innovation across Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector, opening the market to a broader segment of investors and creating more diversified opportunities.

The company’s model aligns closely with Vision 2030 objectives to deepen capital markets, promote digital transformation and increase individual participation in wealth-building sectors.

Through this strategic collaboration, Ghanem aims to position itself as a leader in fractional real estate ownership, contributing to a more inclusive and dynamic investment landscape in Saudi Arabia.
