Real estate developer R.Evolution has received WiredScore certification for its Eywa 1 and 2 projects in the Middle East, as well as its 22Palms and Bac de Roda developments in Spain.
WiredScore is an international standard for rating digital connectivity and smart building systems.
The company aims to integrate technology with “ancient wisdom” to improve residents’ living experience, R.Evolution said in a statement.
Their buildings feature smart home automation for energy efficiency and personalised comfort settings. Sensors are used to identify under-utilised areas and adjust energy usage.
“My projects are designed to optimise residents’ time by focusing on their health, longevity, and wellbeing. Its robust digital infrastructure exceeds current demands and ensures future readiness,” Alex Zagrebelny, Founder and CEO of R.Evolution Group said.
“At R.Evolution, we continuously strive to improve and promote digital connectivity within our buildings, ensuring that residents find homes that not only meet but surpass their connectivity needs, enabling a superior in-home digital experience. The Eywa developments in Dubai and 22Palms and Bac de Roda in Barcelona are shining examples of how we should be living in this day and age,” he added.
WiredScore certification is used globally to assess buildings’ digital connectivity and infrastructure.
It provides landlords and developers with a means to attract tenants by demonstrating their commitment to digital connectivity.
The certification of R.Evolution’s projects underscores the company’s focus on digital infrastructure in its developments in the Middle East and Europe.
