The Luxe Developers has launched La Mazzoni, a AED2.3 billion real estate development on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah.
The project introduces fully furnished residential options ranging from apartments to penthouses, with prices starting at AED1.9 million.
Designed by Dewan Architects + Engineers, the development spans over 1.5 million square feet and draws inspiration from wind and wave movements. The project offers a four-year payment plan to make ownership more accessible to potential buyers.
