The Marble Palace is the name of the newest record-breaking property in Dubai, valued at AED750 million ($204 million). This magnificent mansion, managed by Sotheby’s International Realty, not only claims the title of the most expensive house in Dubai but also in the entire region.
George Azar, CEO of Sotheby’s International Realty in the UAE said, “We’re so excited to bring this listing to the market. It is a testimony of the forward-thinking and innovative approach to property design that is rippling across Dubai.“
Inside The Marble Palace
Spanning an impressive 70,000 square feet of land, with 60,000 square feet of built-up space, this one-of-a-kind home draws inspiration from the opulence of the High Renaissance and Baroque periods.
One of the factors contributing to its lofty price tag is the meticulous craftsmanship that went into its creation. Over the course of seven months, seventy skilled artisans applied 700,000 sheets of gold leaf to the property.

The design of the palace itself was an ambitious undertaking, requiring twelve years of analysis and research into palaces and residences, with several trips to Europe for inspiration.
Stepping inside, visitors are greeted by a grand formal dining room on the ground floor, adorned with an intricate 80,000 coral reef aquarium featuring exquisite stone detailing, accompanied by a crystal dining table.
Two domes, standing at an impressive height of 14 meters from the ground floor, grace the structure. Creating these architectural marvels took over two and a half years, involving the expertise of 17 skilled French artists who meticulously hand-carved individual glass pieces, resulting in 20,000 intricately textured glass elements. The mansion’s facade is clad in globally imported marble.

Among the lavish features of The Marble Palace is a Koi fishpond, complementing the indoor pool room, steam and sauna facilities, and a solid gold jacuzzi located on the ground floor.
The mansion also boasts a presidential home office with a secretary cabin, while the upper floor houses the main master bedroom, a mini-master bedroom, and three additional bedrooms, with the potential to add eight more rooms.
For fitness enthusiasts, a fully equipped 200 square meter Technogym comes with the house, for car enthusiasts, a professionally curated 16-car garage.
The exterior landscape of The Marble Palace complements its interior splendors, featuring a small lake, 50 mature trees, and a pavilion.
