Swiss Developer, Fortimo is making its way to the UAE with the announcement of a new project set to be located in Dubai Hills. ‘The Golf Residence’ is a 10-storey residential complex is build-to-buy plan and will overlook an 18-hole golf course, offering residents views of green parklands.
The complex will comprise of 200 residential units offering one, two and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 943 square feet to 2415 square feet.

The apartments will be fully equipped with luxury kitchens fitted with European fridges, dishwashers, ovens and hobs. Balconies will feature sliding doors designed to maximise natural light.
Residents will have access to amenities such as a resort-sized swimming pool, cabanas, gyms and basketball court as well as, landscaped gardens and a dedicated kids area.
Also accessible to residents of the property will be areas with pool and table tennis alongside a library lounge.
