Tameer delivers world’s highest homes

Developer says handover of units in Dubai Marina’s Princess Tower has started

Real estate developer Tameer said on Wednesday that it had delivered its landmark residential project Princess Tower, which soars at 414m high over the Dubai Marina skyline.

Earlier this year, the tower was recognised as the World Tallest Residential Building by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat and the Guinness World Records.

Occupying a land area of 37,410 sq ft, the tower comprises of six basement levels, a ground floor and a further 100 storeys.

Princess Tower offers 763 units, including 1, 2, 3 bedrooms and penthouses and is supported by 957 parking bays and eight shops.

Commenting on the delivery of the project, Federico Tauber, president of Tameer, said: “We are proud to announce today the completion of Princess Tower considered as a true achievement in architecture and construction terms in addition to a unique location in Dubai Marina.”

He added: “The ability to face these exceptionally challenging market conditions were only achieved with the help of Tameer owners, the support and trust of our clients.

“The handover of properties has already started and several residents have planned their moving in.”

Last month it delivered Elite Residence, a 91-storey structure which stands at a height of 381m, close to Princess Tower in Dubai Marina.
