Ohana Development has announced plans to construct Elie Saab Waterfront, set to be the first branded residential tower on Al Reem Island, supported by real estate agency Metropolitan Capital Real Estate (MCRE).
Located in the heart of the island, the 174-unit development will range in price from AED2 million to AED45 million.
Phase one has already sold out, signalling high demand for premium property in Abu Dhabi. The 39-floor tower is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2027 and will have over 300 parking spaces.
