Pythian wants grip on Middle East

Remote database administration provider Pythian wants to fill the gap in its global customer base by firmly establishing itself in the Middle East across a range of industries at this year’s GITEX Technology Week.

Remote database administration provider Pythian wants to fill the gap in its global customer base by firmly establishing itself in the Middle East across a range of industries at this year’s GITEX Technology Week.

“Pythian is a global corporation with customers in every region but the Middle East,” says Martin Wisniewski, vice president, sales at Pythian. “Our services are called upon by corporations in almost every sector of any industry.

“Our goal is to educate the market about this type of service and remote services technology,” says Wisniewski. “Therefore all of the services, offerings and value-adds that Pythian brings to our customers will be promoted equally at the show.”

Wisniewski lists Pythian’s regional objectives for the coming year as to earn name brand recognition as the provider of choice for remote database and system administration services, inform the business executives and leaders of the benefits of the remote services model, and establish partnerships and clients in the business community.

“We feel our calibre of expertise and real world experience can be a great benefit to the majority of businesses in the region who are literally starved for qualified resources. Our business model can augment any existing IT staff or replace it entirely,” adds Wisniewski.
