Gulf Air has finalised a firm order for 15 Boeing 787 Dreamliners, with options for three additional aircraft, as the Kingdom of Bahrain’s national carrier advances its long-term fleet expansion and international growth strategy.
The agreement brings Gulf Air’s total order book to 17 Dreamliners.
The announcement was made during the Dubai Airshow, where the signing ceremony took place between Martin Gauss, CEO of Gulf Air, and Brad McMullen, Boeing Senior Vice President of Commercial Sales and Marketing.

The new order adds three additional Boeing 787s to Gulf Air’s commitment made in July, strengthening the airline’s plans to scale capacity and broaden its long-haul footprint.
