UAE travel: Pakistan issues travel warning, all passengers must follow new rule

All Pakistan nationals must also exit the UAE before the visa expires

The Pakistan Embassy of UAE has released a new travel advisory on Tuesday for nationals travelling to the UAE.

“All Pakistani Nationals travelling to the UAE are advised to obtain a proper visa well in time before departure to the UAE,” the embassy said via a Twitter post.

All nationals must also exit the UAE before the visa expires, to avoid fines and penalties.

Pakistan nationals travelling to another country from UAE

In a second thread of the Twitter post, the embassy also added that if nationals are travelling to another country from the UAE, the visa must be obtained before leaving Pakistan.

The advisory also added that visas for third countries are only issued to Pakistani UAE residents with a valid Emirates ID card.

“If travelling to another country from UAE, visa must be obtained before departing Pakistan. Visas for third countries are only issued to legal residents with valid Emirates Identity Cards holders only,” the post said.
