Real estate developer Oriental Pearls has penned an agreement with Tonino Lamborghini to apply the Italian lifestyle accessories and hospitality company’s branding across its real estate developments in Dubai.
As part of the agreement, Tonino Lamborghini will bring its brand to the Royal Pearls community currently being built in Dubai’s Meydan One area, and grants Oriental Pearls to use the Tonino Lamborghini brand for a minimum of 10 years.
“Oriental Pearls specialises in developing iconic, upscale living spaces and themed communities designed for the modern and discerning urbanite,” said Oriental Pearls CEO Ma Guolong.
“Joining hands with Tonino Lamborghini enables us to offer our customers the ultimate bespoke living spaces, customised and fitted to designer premium standards that haven’t been seen yet in Dubai.”
The agreement also grants Oriental Pearls the right to develop and operate Tonino Lamborghini branded clubs, lounges, restaurants, cafés, gyms, spas at the Royal Pearls project, as well as Tonino Lamborghini flagship or mono-branded stores in the community.
Tonino Lamborghini, son of the Italian industrialist Ferruccio Lamborghini – founder of the famed luxury motor sports car – formed his own company in 1981, for the creation of luxury accessories and design projects with the renowned ‘raging Bull’ brand, which later (from 1991) included 5-star boutique hotels, lounges and restaurants.
“I am delighted to start a new partnership in this highly developing sector in Dubai with the Oriental Pearls developer,” Tonino Lamborghini said.
“For the next years to come, our combined efforts will be focused on bringing a new upscale concept of total living to this extraordinary city and country.
“This real estate project is especially dedicated to Italian art, design and lifestyle lovers,” he added.
“A clientele that shares our same passions and our same vision. Here they will find spaces and places that will perfectly reflect their personality and make them feel unique and special.”
The 4.6 million square-foot iconic development Royal Pearls community will include more than 7,500 freehold apartments, with the first phase of the development being delivered by 2020.
