Dubai’s Damac Properties said on Tuesday it is guaranteeing every customer a new car on selected units sold during the Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF).
Customers buying a Damac Properties penthouse during DSF will be given a Lamborghini Aventador roadster with their purchase.
Buyers of other select Damac Properties units will receive either a BMW or a Mini Cooper, depending on the size of the unit, the developer said in a statement.
Damac has become well known in recent years for offering attractive promotions with its luxury properties during the month-long shopping extravaganza.
“Damac Properties’ DSF promotion is always highly anticipated and we see some of the best results of the year during this time,” said Niall McLoughlin, senior vice president, Damac Properties.
“Guaranteeing a brand new 2014 Lamborghini, BMW or Mini Cooper with purchases in select units is an exciting incentive which many international visitors to Dubai during this period really appreciate.”
A wide variety of projects from Damac Properties are included in this year’s promotion, including Damac Maison-The Distinction and Damac Maison-Upper Crest plus Damac Residenze in Dubai Marina.
Damac said it will be presenting its latest portfolio of projects at the Mall of the Emirates, Dubai World Trade Centre and the Souk Madinat Jumeirah throughout DSF.
The company has introduced a number of new products to the market in the past year, including branded developments with Fendi, Paramount and the Trump Organisation.
Damac Properties is also building Akoya by Damac, a 42 million sq ft golf and lifestyle community in Dubai. The project includes mansions, villas, luxurious apartments and retail centre all surrounding an 18-hole Championship Golf Course.
Damac Properties has completed 8,887 units to date and has a further 23,688 units at various stages of progress and planning across the Middle East region.
