A new residential development at the Al Barari estate, a green community in the Dubai desert, has been launched on Wednesday.
The Nest includes 99 four-bed villas set in a forest environment. Each home is designed to blend indoor and outdoor living, with an outdoor shower, barbeque area and infinity edge pool, Al Barari said in a statement announcing the launch.
The villas will be available in two styles that offer subtle differences in layout and lifestyle, but both include floor to ceiling windows and a contemporary aesthetic using a colour palette of cream, grey and white.
“The Nest is the last piece of the residential puzzle at Al Barari, making it a viable investment and place to live, CEO Mohammed Bin Zaal said.
“We now have a full spectrum of homes available, offering a choice for everyone from stylish apartments for couples through to spacious villas for families. The Nest bridges the gap between our different properties, offering well-appointed, more affordable lush living for families.

Al Barari estate, located 10 minutes from Downtown Dubai, near Falcon City of Wonders, includes the unique concept restaurant, The Farm, Body Language health club and destination signature spa Heart & Soul.
Children’s play areas, themed gardens and a community centre will be added after completion of The Nest.
Homes at The Nest will be released for sale on April 11, with prices starting from AED7.7 million ($2 million).
