KASP signed to promote IQ in Kuwait

Sybase Products Middle East moves to cash in on Kuwait's lucrative enterprise market

Mobility solutions provider, Sybase Products Middle East has made a move to cash in on Kuwait’s lucrative enterprise market by recruiting Kuwait Application Service Provider (KASP) to promote its products in the country.

Majdi Sadeq, sales manager for Kuwait at Sybase, which has operations in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman and Qatar, is confident KASP has the experience across all of the business verticals that his company is aiming to corner. KASP’s offerings include business intelligence, enterprise performance management, data warehousing, business process management, and management consultancy.

“KASP has the expertise, market knowledge and strong customer base making it an ideal partner for Sybase,” said Sadeq “We will be working closely with KASP to promote Sybase IQ- currently powering the world’s largest Green Data warehouse including unstructured data- to companies in Kuwait. Their strong market presence makes them an ideal partner and we are confident of capitalising on their expertise and client network and further strengthening our position in the region,”

Mohammed Yakub, sales manager at KASP, claims to see a huge potential for Sybase IQ in Kuwait. "Sybase IQ compliments KASP solutions and provides additional value through improved productivity and performance to its clientele in delivering comprehensive services and ensuring high return on their investments,” he said.

Many vendors have been increasing their focus on the Kuwait IT market which is a regional pacesetter as far as IT adoption is concerned.
