The Dubai Pre-Owned Boat Show 2025 showcased an extraordinary range of yachts and boats — from AED68,000 ($18,500) entry-level models to a luxury AED30m ($8.17m) Italian masterpiece — underscoring the emirate’s growing stature as a global yachting destination.

Organised by Viya Marine, a subsidiary of Dubai Golf, the 11th edition of the event concluded with record sales and strong attendance, attracting more than 5,000 visitors including boating enthusiasts, investors, and luxury yacht buyers.

The turnout reinforced Dubai’s position as a leading regional hub for the yacht and marine leisure industry.

Record participation

Held under the theme “A Boat for Everyone”, this year’s event brought together more than 50 local, regional, and international brands, which collectively showcased 64 yachts and boats — a 20 per cent increase compared to last year’s edition.

The exhibition featured a broad mix of luxury yachts, leisure vessels, and speedboats, giving visitors a wide choice across price points and styles.

Among the standout displays was the Riva Gucci, one of only ten ever built worldwide and valued at around AED3m ($817,000), alongside the Greenline 40 Hybrid, which features solar-powered systems capable of running all onboard amenities.

Leading the fleet was the Riva 82 Diva (2024), an Italian-built model valued at AED30m ($8.17m), while the Chapparel boat from the United States, priced at AED68,000 ($18,500), highlighted the show’s inclusivity and appeal to both seasoned investors and first-time buyers.

Dubai’s growing leadership in marine leisure

Abdulla Ali Al Noon, Director of Special Projects at Dubai Golf and responsible for Viya Marine, said this year’s edition reaffirmed Dubai’s leading role in supporting the growth of the yacht and boat industry and strengthening its status among the region’s top destinations for investors and sea enthusiasts.

He noted that the strong visitor turnout and the number of deals concluded during the event demonstrate the confidence of regional and international partners in Dubai’s investment-friendly environment and its integrated ecosystem, which combines advanced infrastructure, smart services, and ease of doing business.

The Pre-Owned Boat Show has become a fixture on Dubai’s leisure calendar, offering access to both luxury and sustainable vessels and encouraging greater participation in the region’s boating community.

By featuring everything from high-end yachts to affordable starter models, the event embodied its theme — “A Boat for Everyone” — while reinforcing Dubai’s reputation as a city that blends innovation, accessibility, and world-class marine experiences.
