Randa Ayoubi is the founder of Rubicon Holding, an Amman-based entertainment company. Ayoubi started the firm as a small venture capital project in 1994 and has built it up into a global powerhouse with five international branches and more than 300 employees. Rubicon Holdings produces hits such as Ben & Izzy, a children’s cartoon series promoting cross-cultural understanding between the Middle East and the West. Last year the firm entered into a strategic partnership with Turner Broadcasting.
