The Yabroudi family has been a fixture of the UAE’s construction community for more than half a century. As CEO of Dubai Contracting Company (DCC), Abdallah Yabroudi’s team is equipped to deliver a range of services – both construction-related and operational – to developers across the Middle East.
The vast majority of the company’s historic projects are located within its home emirate of Dubai. DCC’s project portfolio includes a selection of high-end structures across the city, including Burj Al Salam Tower, Capricorn Tower, Fairmont The Palm, O-14, and Rolex Tower.
Outside of the emirates, Yabroudi and his colleagues have delivered projects in Saudi Arabia and Jordan.
In a bid to diversify its client offering, DCC introduced turnkey packages and service contracts to supplement its traditional contracting activities.
The former are designed to minimise the amount of clients’ time consumed by projects, while the latter offer the ability to extend DCC’s involvement into the operational stage of a development’s lifecycle.
