Despite the region’s economic challenges, Alan McCready, managing director of ISG Middle East, has enjoyed an excellent run of late. Net profits for the fit-out contractor increased by 84% to $1.5m (AED5.7m) in 2015, with revenues also rising to $76.2m (AED280m).
McCready pointed out: “We are expecting further improvement in performance in 2016. Our constant drive in the region and globally is to set a high standard in construction services.” The firm has maintained a forward order book of $51.7m (AED190m) with a line of big-ticket projects. During the past year, it has worked on Kempinski Mall of the Emirates, Masdar City offices, and HSBC systems.
