As CEO of UAE-headquartered Kele Contracting, Andrew Elias and his colleagues have spent the past 12 months working on three major projects in Dubai. The contractor, which was established in Australia more than 30 years ago, is currently working on the 28-storey Fahad Tower 1 and the 30-storey Fahad Tower 2 in Tecom, and the 80-storey D1 Tower in Dubai Culture Village. The company’s historic project portfolio includes Marina Promenade in Dubai Marina. Part of Kele International Holdings, Elias and his team enjoy a selection of high-profile regional partners, including Majid Al Futtaim Group, Emirates Investment, and Abraaj Capital.
