Few have not heard of the company behind the world’s tallest tower, the Burj Khalifa, but it is just one of Emaar Group’s trophy projects. Others include the world’s largest shopping centre, The Dubai Mall, the recently opened Dubai Opera and international hotel chain Address Hotels and Resorts. Headed by Mohamed Alabbar, it continues to venture into developments of all types, including its latest project Beach Vista, where it recorded total sales worth over $270 million in January.
