The 400-hectare zoo and safari park, which is home to more than 4,000 animals, has long been a key UAE attraction. The venue is is designed in the style of a local farm, where an “Elezba” petting zoo lets families feed and play with regional animals including camels, goats, sheep, llamas and more. It also hosts a number of cultural activities engrained in the Emirati culture, such as camel riding. It is located in the foothills of Jebel Hafeet.
