Ltaif joined Avaya as the sales leader for the Middle East in 2003, rewiring the business by building a winning team and a go-to-market strategy from scratch. He has been instrumental in transforming Avaya from a niche voice/IP telephony player to a business communications powerhouse by market share in the contact centre, unified communications and infrastructure businesses verticals across geographies.
Nidal is driven by his commitment to building and developing leaders. At NCR, he fostered a culture of self-motivation, agility and integrity.
