Director of the Engineering Contracts Department
A project manager, Al Mansouri has clocked up 15 years of experience in the construction management industry. Currently, she is the director of the engineering contracts department at the Ministry of Infrastructure Development and is in charge of the Public Private Partnership (PPP) portfolio.
Al Mansouri successfully graduated from the National Program of Happiness & Wellbeing. In 2017, she was awarded Woman of The Year by Big Project Middle East. Through her main role as the director of engineering contracts, she managed to pursue both national and international companies to work on a one of the most iconic bridges in Ras Alkhaima, which was awarded the World’s Largest Metal Buried Bridge by the Guinness World Records.
Currently, Al Mansoori’s professional tasks focus on the supervision of all project tendering documents, contracts as well as the registration and classification of consultants, contractors and suppliers.
She launched two main services that will greatly add to the vision of optimizing the department’s services. The initiatives include the instant registration and the live broadcast at the day of tender bids. Also, Al Mansoori played a vital role in implementing the growth of partnerships between private and public sector contracts.
Some of her ongoing projects include development work on the publishing of new tenders across several platforms designed to attract contractors and consultants from across the United Arab Emirates.
She remains firm in the belief that the efficiency and performance of the tenders and contracts department will be improved by moving all services online, starting with registration and the opening of tenders.
