Wholly owned by Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD), Ithra Dubai was established to develop and manage strategic assets both in Dubai and globally. Ithra Dubai has amassed a portfolio of projects that fulfil its remit of “embracing diversity, shaping happy communities and bringing prosperity to many”. One such signature project is the Deira Enrichment Project, the first phase of which was announced in October 2018.
