Appointed CEO in 2015, Eaman Al Roudhan is a results-focused telecommunications executive who brings over 20 years of experience to her leadership position, 18 years of which were spent in various executive management and leadership roles within Zain Kuwait as well as several Zain Group affiliates.
She was responsible for launching the first mobile prepaid service in Kuwait and delivering impressive growth thanks to her focus on investments and skill in identifying opportunities and driving smart city initiatives in key markets.
Prior to her new appointment, Mrs Al Roudhan was the Chief Regulatory Officer of Zain Group. “Zain Kuwait is deeply entrenched in the telecom, economic and social landscape in the country. I feel a strong sense of responsibility to continue working closely with the Zain Group Board and Executive management,” says Al Roudhan.
