Dr. Aisha Bin Bishr presides over the Smart Dubai Office, a powerful government entity tasked with Dubai’s citywide smart transformation.  Dr. Bin Bishr also leads the creation of ‘The Smart City Index’ – the first-ever benchmark for smart city implementation across the globe in cooperation with ITU and the UN.
