With nearly half of the projects in Dubai cancelled or postponed, you would be forgiven for wondering whether the 20 million square foot, $2bn Dubai Pearl superstructure had gone by the wayside.
However, the developer’s founder and CEO Santhosh Joseph promises it will be an “epicentre of entertainment” and will include commercial space, residences, retail, entertainment, wellness, music, art, fashion, 60 F&B outlets, and seven five-star hotels.
The hotels underway include names such as the Bellagio and MGM Grand.
