Almarai describes itself as “the largest integrated dairy foods producer in the world”, serving thousands of customers all over the Gulf and beyond on a daily basis. Heading the Saudi giant is Abdulrahman Al Fadley, who beat out rising food prices in the kingdom last year to land operating profits growth of 14.1 percent during 2010. Al Fadley was appointed CEO in 2001, having joined the firm in 1996. Al Fadley has a degree in chemical engineering from King Saud University.
