Damac Properties has completed 36 buildings, comprising 7,364 units, since 2002. Of this total, 30 have been completed since the onset of the global recession in 2008. Handovers in 2011 included the 84-storey Ocean Heights in Dubai Marina, with 612 units, and the three-tower Lago Vista development at IMPZ, with 1,020 units.
Park Towers at DIFC in Dubai scooped the World’s Best’ in the ‘Best Mixed-Use Development’ category at the prestigious International Property Awards in London. Meanwhile Damac Tower in Beirut will be the first Versace-branded residential tower in the region.
