EFS Facilities Services was named Overall FM company for a second consecutive year at THE 2012 fmME awards after demonstrating revenue growth of more than 41%, retaining 95% of its clients. The winner was described by the judges as being “committed to the development of the regional industry.”
“Winning means an increased responsibility for us. It is great to be recognised as being engaged with serious FM issues. We plan to remain accountable and add more features to our services and to be better in years to come,” said MD Tariq Chauhan.
With a string of high-profile clients under its belt, including, Musanada, Dubai Real Estate Company, Kaust, The Pearl residential, Unilever and the Abu Dhabi Mall, the company is familiar with providing top-level FM services. It hit the headlines again recently for completing the acquisition of Dalkia India.
