Shaikhani Contracting is a member of the larger Shaikhani Group, which includes Memon Investments, a leading developer of such projects in Dubai as Champions Towers I ($20.4m), II ($30m), III ($39.4m) and IV ($122.5m) and Frankfurt Sports City ($92m) in Dubai Sports City.
It also has Gardenia I and II, Gardenia Residency III and IV and Frankfurt Tower in Jumeirah Village South on its roster of flagship projects. The group’s inaugural commercial development was the Cambridge Business Centre in Dubai Silicon Oasis. Shaikhani Contracting has also established a presence in Abu Dhabi as it looked to take advantage of the UAE capital emerging as one of the most important construction markets in the GCC region after the downturn.
With Abu Dhabi stepping up development as it looks to meet its goals in terms of the Abu Dhabi Vision 2030, the Shaikhani Group said it wants to “reinforce its presence in the region and remain close to partners and customers involved in different projects in Abu Dhabi.”
