Eamonn Kerr is the MD of Cyril Sweett international. Originating in the UK, Cyril Sweett is a long-established and reputed construction and property consultancy. Since joining Cyril Sweett ten years ago, Kerr has been instrumental in directing and driving the firm’s international expansion beyond the UK and Europe, notably in the Middle East, China, India, Australia and Asia and, most recently, pushing from its base in Singapore to widen its operations in South East Asia into Thailand and Vietnam.
Since establishing its international operations in the Middle East only four years ago, Kerr has successfully steered Cyril Sweett’s applied know-how, based on over 80 years’ extensive experience, to deliver some of the most creative and ambitious projects in the region.
His strategy has contributed to the growth of a diversified portfolio, which includes high-profile projects such as the Capital Market Authority, the iconic Dubai Metro and the Welcome Pavillion to the Ferrari World Abu Dhabi at Yas Island.
