Dominique Droniou has recently moved to VSL Middle East as the new GM. With over three decades of engineering and leadership experience, Droniou will take the lead to tackle new challenges ahead as VSL expands into the Saudi Arabia and Qatar market.
Droniou is optimistic about the regional construction market. “Our key strength is our ability to provide continuous innovation & quality solutions to an increasingly competitive market,” he says.
VSL’s experience in post-tensioning and related value engineering goes back more than 50 years. The company is an acknowledged leader in the construction of bridges and special structures.
VSL has been working on a wide range of projects in Qatar for the past 15 years. These include post-tensioning works on several bridges, Qatar Sport City tower, Doha City Center, International Islamic Bank HQ tower and Ras La Fan LNG tanks, among others.
