Evgeny Kuzin has introduced Dubai to some of the world’s most elite restaurants and nightclubs, through his global hospitality firm Bulldozer Group. Kuzin is still only in his 30s but has already cemented his name in the emirate’s entertainment industry, bringing brands frequented by the ultra-rich to the emirate for the first time. They include Monte Carlo’s famous Sass Café, London’s celebrity hangout Novikov, Sydney’s prominent Toko, and Venice’s legendary Cipriani, where Dubai Ruler Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum is a regular.
