A veteran of the Middle East’s alternative investments sector, Dash has 20 years of industry experience. In 2010, he decided to use it to his advantage, setting up Al Masah Capital, which has already become an industry leading company with 53 employees and offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Singapore.
Al Masah Capital has raised more than $1bn across multiple asset classes with particular focus on healthcare, education, food and beverage and logistics. Previously, Dash managed $4bn worth of assets and executed 14 initial public offerings (IPOs) and five trade sales.
He has also created the second largest private equity business in the MENA region and served on the board of 12 companies. Dash’s track record have been recognised by his consistent ranking as one of the top 50 most influential people in the regional financial services industry.
Dash has a Master’s Degree in Business Management and is a member of the CFA Institute, a worldwide association of investment professionals.
